The Swedish label of low-cost group H&M, COS, until last November 15th it led to the city of Los Angeles his latest collection with this pop-up designed by the architectural firm Snarkitecture. The chosen location could not be other than Austere, this space that served as a center to host several exhibitions of Nordic design in the american city.
A palette of neutral colors, warm; in line with an austere aesthetic, wrap this collection of COS with some inspiration MONO-HA. With garments that evoke the Asian essence and attach great importance to the textures, overlays and draping. However, COS continues to show its practicality and its clear aesthetic of clean and subtle lines.
For the pop-up was devised, how could it be otherwise, a space that represented the essence of the COS pieces; an austere environment based two pillars like silhouettes and colors of the collection. The material chosen to create this structures that bring to life to the pop-up, is the metal. And on metal plates it was stamped some of the pieces to give greater meaning and unity between the space and the collection; resulting in a set of figures that fits perfectly both visually and functionally, creating a round space for the exhibition and view all collection.
